Nicholas A. Panagopoulos, ASLA
Ohio Registration 601
I believe in a design philosophy rather than a style. A successful landscape design is subordinate to the architecture while satisfying a client’s needs and the design program. Each design is custom and must exercise restraint and maintain a simplicity of materials, form and function which produces a landscape that will continue to complement and enhance the architecture and its environs initially and at maturity.
I am a sole practitioner working directly with the client or as a member of a design team assembled for a project. Assistance and support consultants are employed as required by a projects scope and complexity. Residential and commercial designs have ranged from the modest to over one million dollars. Fees are Charged at an hourly rate with a retainer plus expenses for Program Development, Analysis and Concept Design. Final fees are negotiated when the projects final design scope and my involvement has been determined.
